An Unexpected Journey, Part II.

Last blog post left off with the Capital Fringe production team's tour of the Goethe Institut, a German language and arts center on 7th in Chinatown. Instead of taking the metro and arriving to the next tour too early, our group decided to head up 7th towards U Street on foot.
